New: your Third-Party Payer card directly on your mobile device! Through the VIVINTER app, you can download your Third-Party Payer card on your iPhone. You will be able to present your mobile Third-Party Payer card to healthcare professionals practicing third-party payer just like your card in its "paper" version.

Simple, intuitive, and practical! In addition, your mobile application allows you to:

• Visit the Your Third-Party Payer section to consult in real-time your third-party payer card and those of your family members if they are covered by VIVINTER. You can also download it to your smartphone for offline access.
• Check your healthcare expense reimbursements as well as those of your family members under the Refunds section. You will also be notified of each new reimbursement and when updating your file (missing supporting documents, incorrect personal information).
• Find a healthcare professional under the Procedures section and request quotes and reimbursements.
• Keep your personal data up to date (postal address, telephone contacts, and email) and modify your subscriptions to "VIVINTER Message" alerts at any time under the Status section.
• Contact a VIVINTER advisor via email, phone, or postal mail in the Others section.
